	Michael Dulworth President and CEO Before forming Executive Networks in 2007, Mike was the CEO of Executive Development Associates, Inc. Prior to that, Mike was a Vice President of Learning Services at The Concours Group, the Founder and CEO of Learning Technologies Group, Inc., and has worked for The Conference Board, Sirota & Alper Associates and the U.S. Congress. Mike is the author, co-author or a contributor to seven books on executive development, learning, and high-performance organizations.

	Ashley Fontes Global Network Development Associate

	Teri Frangie VP Global Network Development Teri Frangie is the VP Global Network Development for Executive Networks, responsible for new member sales and business development. Ms. Frangie brings 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing professional, with specific expertise in sales strategy and customer relationship management.

	Rita Harrison Sr. Community Connections Director Rita Harrison is a Sr. Community Connections Director for Executive Networks. She is committed to serving communities by being a catalyst for powerful and effective connections between community members and the critical knowledge they seek to develop themselves, their people and their businesses.

	Randi Hognestad CCD for European Networks Randi Hognestad is the CCD for European Network Development and is responsible for recruiting new network members and managing accounts.

	Ingrid Loren Director of EMEA Network Development Ingrid Loren is the Director of EMEA Network Development for Executive Networks recruiting and engaging new members into the networks.

	Joanne Kwong Controller Joanne is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounting function including budgeting, AR, AP, expense reimbursement, collections, payroll and commission, benefits administration, management financial statements and project cost control.

	Lisa Jo Landsberg VP Global Network Development Lisa Jo Landsberg is the VP Global Network Development for Executive Networks and is responsible for recruiting new members into the networks and account management.

	Barry Leskin Moderator, Thought Leader Series Barry Leskin is President of Talent Management Consulting which offers services primarily focused on the assessment and development of General Managers and the development of Business Acumen. During the past 4 years he has been engaged in business acumen work for Goldman Sachs, Agilent, Hewlett-Packard, Electronic Arts, British Petroleum, KLA-Tencor and others.

	Kiley Merrill Community Connections Director Kiley Merrill is the Community Connections Director for the Global Sourcing and Recruiting Network. She has a passion for connection individuals based on professional and personal interests, and provides an environment for these relationships to foster and develop.

	Melyssa Nelson Sr. Community Connections Director Melyssa Nelson is the Sr. Community Connections Director for Executive Networks, responsible for managing opportunities for professional and personal relationships to “happen” and develop. Her focus is on managing and maintaining the “high level of value for membership time invested”. Melyssa concentrates on the facilitation and support of connection between Executive Networks members.

	Keri Pearlson IT Domain Leader and Community Connections Director The IT Leaders Forum was founded by Dr Keri E. Pearlson, President of KP Partners. Keri has worked with CIOs and executives from some of the largest corporations in the world. She has expertise in helping executives create strategies to become Web 2.0-enabled enterprises, designing and delivering executive leadership programs, and managing multi-client programs on issues of interest to senior executives of information systems.

	Vincent C. Perro Chairman Vince currently works in private equity, provides strategic advisory services to CEOs, and serves in interim CEO roles. Previously, he was President of Heidrick & Struggles’ non-search consulting division, focusing on C level succession and talent management. He built this division into a global enterprise serving top 1000 companies.

	Richard Silton COO & CFO, Executive Networks Richard Silton is responsible for daily operations supporting the company’s networks and membership services. He is also responsible for financial planning and control for the company.

	Jay Wagman IT Domain Sales Mr. Wagman has over 20 years experience in applying innovative technology to increase business performance, business management consulting, and advances in executive development—with a proven track record in developing business and technology solutions.

	Christine Williams Community Connections Director Christine Williams is a Community Connections Director with a passion for connecting individuals to create synergy for solving problems and building organization capability.
