Melyssa Nelson is the Community Services Director for Executive Networks, responsible for managing opportunities for professional and personal relationships to “happen” and develop. Her focus is on managing and maintaining the “high level of value for membership time invested”. Melyssa concentrates on the facilitation and support of connection between Executive Networks members. She pays close attention to the successful handling of membership goals, their pursuit of professional development, and assisting members in working toward discovering solutions for their career concerns.  

Melyssa brings with her to Executive Networks a diverse background in Finance, HR, Operations Management, Training and Development, Personal Coaching and Counseling. Melyssa is also a licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT) with work experience in settings that include private practice, clinics, and hospitals. Her research work has been presented in Psychology Journals on topics including “A Cross-Cultural View of Organizational Commitment” and “The Culture of the Cross- Cultural Organization”.

Melyssa has a passion for supporting individuals in revealing their hidden personal potential and encouraging interpersonal growth. She is continually inspired to find ways to unite people with their objectives, aspirations and ultimately their purpose. It is her strong desire to practice living a healthy, authentic life both personally and professionally.
