Lauren B. Klein is Executive Networks’ Chief Community Officer. She is responsible for designing Community of Practice strategies which cultivate and nurture the various networks and culture at Executive Networks. This involves identifying, designing and implementing best and next practices for the networks so that members can experience high levels of connectedness and value.
Lauren most recently was at Novell Inc where she created, built and cultivated a global network of Communities of Practice and directed learning and knowledge management programs. At Novell, and prior to Novell at Cambridge Partners, Lauren worked with business communities and work groups in the United States, Europe, Asia, Mexico and South America. She is also a community consultant with non-profit organizations working with individuals from a variety of fields to help create effective working relationships and/or community based solutions to world-impacting problems.
