Vince currently works in private equity, provides strategic advisory services to CEOs, and serves in interim CEO roles.  Previously, he was President of Heidrick & Struggles’ non-search consulting division, focusing on C level succession and talent management.  He built this division into a global enterprise serving top 1000 companies.  Previously he was chief executive of Sibson Consulting, a highly regarded global strategic human capital consulting firm.  Vince was responsible for turning Sibson around during the 2001 industry downtown and was Chair of the firm during its rapid growth, private partnership period.  Subsequent to leading Sibson’s sale to Nextera Enterprises, he became COO and a board member of Nextera responsible for four consulting divisions providing strategy, IT, econometric and human capital services. He was also part of the team that managed Nextera’s IPO and has led multiple acquisitions and divestitures.  Vince has also served a wide variety of financial services and professional services firms globally on strategy, organization, sales effectiveness and human capital issues as a senior client partner.

Prior to entering consulting, he was CAO of the Public Finance division of EF Hutton and was also with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macys.  He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of business.

In addition to Executive Networks, Vince serves on a number of public, private and not for profit boards.  He teaches leadership in the Stern and Baruch MBA programs.
