Michelle Groff Burling is Executive Networks’ Community Connections Director. She is responsible for knowledge capture and dissemination within the networks to positively impact network driven projects and capabilities.

Michelle has over ten years experience in the Professional Services and Enterprise Software organizations serving as a catalyst for successful knowledge management and marketing initiatives.  Michelle most recently served as Marketing Director for SON|Systems – a Business Intelligence Consulting firm where she developed and delivered strategic marketing programs.

Prior to joining SON|Systems, Michelle was a Senior Knowledge Manager at Novell where she was accountable for the business value of the Community of Practice program and increasing collaboration and teamwork, via the communities and other programs. 
Michelle is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds a B.S. in Management.
