Rita Harrison is a Community Connections Director for Executive Networks.  She is committed to serving communities by being a catalyst for powerful and effective connections between community members and the critical knowledge they seek to develop themselves, their people and their businesses. 

Rita formerly offered individual and organizational coaching services and specialized in administering the Hartman Value Profile Instrument to clients desiring to master thought processes, change behavior and experience personal and professional breakthrough results. 

Previously, Rita worked in the computer industry for 17 years where as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Change Agent Lead she directed global change initiatives, served as the Management Excellence Community Leader and facilitated Manager Workshops and Manager Summits in the US, Europe and India. As a long time member of the Engineering Department, she also managed engineering and production teams and led several IT projects. 

She holds a BS Degree in Information Management from Brigham Young University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
