Randi Hognestad is the Manager of European Network Development and is responsible for recruiting new network members and managing accounts. Her background combines communication and law, having worked as a journalist, with investor relations, corporate communication, and PR in addition to being a qualified lawyer. One of the key factors of Randi’s career is the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. She has spent the majority of her working life in international organizations, and enjoys the diversity and dynamics such environments offer. Randi holds a masters degree in law from the University of Oslo, Norway.

Before and during her law studies Randi worked as an executive assistant with McKinsey & Company, in Norway and in the UK. She has been a lawyer with two of the leading Norwegian law firms, specializing in labor rights and general corporate law. Randi has worked as a journalist with the largest Norwegian financial newspaper, and has also been a freelance writer. She has been in charge of investor relations, communication and PR for a start-up IP company based in San Francisco and for an internationally focused private equity firm within the oil sector.
