The Workplace Innovation and Performance Network (WIPN) connects senior executives responsible for the development and deployment of innovative and integrated workplace strategies. WIPN focuses on three prime business drivers: lowering operational costs, attracting and retaining talent, and institutionalizing innovation.
Because of the interdisciplinary nature of workplace planning, a membership in WIPN includes up to three senior executive participants from each organization, typically one each from corporate real estate, strategic human resource management, and information technology.
