The Global Diversity & Inclusion Network connects the enterprise heads of diversity and inclusion from the largest corporations in the world (companies with revenues in excess of $30B). The differences inherent in the diversity and inclusion issues for the very large and geographic dispersed companies led to the creation of the GDIN. The mission of the Network is to give members access to best practice, new ideas, advice, practical materials, and “early warning” on key trends. The GDIN is designed to help members take diversity and inclusion to the next level — at a time when a growing number of companies increasingly look to these issues as a major source of competitive advantage. Members of the network will join a select group — approximately 50 of the world’s top diversity professionals.
