Rob Cross Webinar – Part 2

“Build Purpose, Energy, and Trust to See Opportunities, Solve Problems, and Create Emergent Innovation”

Many organizations concerned with attracting top talent, improving engagement, and reducing attrition are focusing on purpose in work as a core differentiator.  Universally, these organizations focus on the nature of the work as to what provides meaning. In this webinar, Rob Cross will focus on results applying network analysis over hundreds of organizations, revealing a second even more important lever: the networks of relationships employees form inside and outside an organization.

For two decades, Rob Cross and his team have mapped Trust, Purpose, and Energy in Networks. By creating these types of networks, the results continually show small segments of the population outperform at an extremely high rate.  In this webinar, part two of this 3-part Series, Rob will review the layered behaviors of more successful people and offer people the chance to complete a self- and peer assessment to identify changes they might make to improve their own effectiveness.
