Mary Lauria is a senior Talent Management and HR executive with a strong track record of successful leadership and execution across a broad range of disciplines and industries including Health Care, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Energy and Management Consulting.
Mary retired from Johnson & Johnson in October, 2019 as the VP, Global Talent Management. In this role, Mary was responsible for a global talent strategy that included programs, process and design around key talent levers including succession management, talent acquisition, talent mobility, assessment, executive and leadership development, performance management and learning. Additionally, Mary also had HR sponsorship responsibilities for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, she led significant leadership development initiatives focused on bringing strong talent outcomes in the emerging markets.
Previous to her role at J&J, Mary was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Constellation Energy based in Baltimore, MD. In this role, she had responsibility for all aspects of the human resources function and was a member of the company’s Executive Committee. She joined Constellation Energy as the Vice President, Chief Talent Officer in April, 2010 where she led the Learning & Organizational Development team. in this role, she was responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of CE’s talent development processes, leadership development, performance management and assessment strategies.
Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Mary was the Vice President, Talent Management & Leadership Development for Wyeth, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, consumer and animal health care products, where she was responsible for talent management, leadership development and change management.
Mary previously held human resource and talent development positions in Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Pepsi and Enhanced Communications. She began her career as a human resources and leadership development consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now Coopers).
