About the Network

The Chief Talent Officer 250 (CTO250) is a peer network for the most seasoned and experienced Chief Talent Officers from Global 250 companies seeking cutting edge solutions to complex challenges. The members of CTO250 are the CTOs (or enterprise heads of talent) from companies with revenues in excess of $50 billion (with a few exceptions made for fast growth, innovative companies below that threshold).

CTO250 focuses on the future state of the workforce in organizations undergoing enormous change in response to digital transformation, disruptive innovation, and dynamic shifts in the “liquid” talent marketplace. The major challenge facing CTO250 members is: How do we bend the time curve to accelerate organizational excellence via transformative talent strategies?
