Peter Newhouse

Executive Director, Executive Networks

Executive Director for the Global Total Rewards Network (GTRN), Peter Newhouse is the founder of Neovation, a cross-industry movement focused on creating collaborative solutions to improve the world of work. Additionally, he has worked on developing a Digital Reward Strategy for clients of uFlexReward, the Digital Total Reward Platform.

Prior to this, he held the position of Unilever’s EVP Global Head of Reward for over a decade, where he established himself as an innovator and thought leader on the Future of Reward. Peter is a frequent speaker at international conferences, and his expertise has been showcased through articles published in newspapers and specialist publications, as well as appearances on television and radio as an expert on pay.

Bob Johansen

Distinguished Fellow at Institute for the Future

Bob Johansen is a distinguished fellow with the Institute for the Future in Silicon Valley. For more than 30 years, Bob has helped organizations around the world prepare for and shape the future, including corporations such as Nestle and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as a range of major universities and nonprofits.

The author or co-author of twelve books, including the best-selling Get There Early: Sensing the Future to Compete in the Present, Leaders Make the Future, and The New Leadership Literacies: Thriving in a Future of Extreme Disruption and Distributed Everything. Bob holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, which he attended on a basketball scholarship, and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University—as well as a master’s degree that focused on world religions.
