CHROS from Anglo American, Mastercard, Metlife, nVent Electric, Prudential, Takeda and Wolters Kluwer recently gathered to discuss topics under the theme “Defining, Delivering, and Nurturing a Company Culture When Uncertainty Reigns.” We welcomed Christophe Martel who lead a stretch thinking session on “Culture, Brand, and Experiences.”

Here were some of the key takeaways:

  • Establish a learning organization, in which talented people have access to a range of career options. Provide career planning and mapping per individual, and make sure everyone can land in positions they are qualified for.
  • Equip leaders to demonstrate care, candor, and transparency; create an environment in which it is safe to learn from mistakes.
  • The world has changed dramatically over the past few years and the effects remain to be seen – the intensity and speed of change is expected to accelerate.
