Laura Stevens, VP Global Strategy, Analytics and Employee Experience at DSM, will be joining us to lead a provocative discussion on Analytics and HR and will share her thoughts about the evolving role and relevance of analytics to build and implement HR strategy.

EN’s own Hein Knaapen and Rita Vanhauwenhuyse will moderate a lively conversation around today’s most pressing HR topics.  In addition to serving as Executive Director of EN’s HR Roundtable Group, Hein is a managing partner at CEO.works and was the CHRO at ING from 2012 thru 2020.  Rita is currently a general manager at Executive Networks.  Prior to joining EN, Rita held numerous leadership roles in HR, most recently as VP Group Talent and Learning at BP.
