Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Digital Community Manager to cultivate and grow our HRNXT community of HR professionals and leaders. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our network, fostering engagement, facilitating knowledge exchange, and ensuring our members derive maximum value from their experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to amplify our mission and create a vibrant, supportive ecosystem for HR innovators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage HRNXT members through online platforms, forums, and events, sparking meaningful conversations and encouraging peer-to-peer collaboration.
  • Content Curation: Develop and share relevant, high-quality content (e.g., articles, webinars, discussion prompts) that aligns with the needs of HR leaders and promotes thought leadership.
  • Member Onboarding: Welcome new members, guide them through the HRNXT platform, and ensure they understand how to leverage its tools and resources effectively.
  • Event Facilitation: Plan and moderate virtual and in-person events, such as roundtables, Q&A sessions with thought leaders, and skill-building workshops, to strengthen community ties.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather insights from members to identify pain points, opportunities, and trends, relaying actionable feedback to the product and leadership teams.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Executive Networks as a passionate advocate, building trust and loyalty within the community while amplifying our mission externally.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track community engagement metrics (e.g., participation rates, member retention) and provide regular reports to demonstrate impact and inform strategy.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing to align community initiatives with broader campaigns and work with the product team to enhance the HRNXT user experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or HR-focused environment.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
    • Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with subscriber community platforms and virtual event tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
    • Comfort with data analysis to measure engagement and inform decisions.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR trends, challenges, and leadership development is a plus.
  • Mindset: A proactive, ownership-mentality, empathetic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
