2023 Autumn IDEA250 meeting will focus on Equity. The “E” is DEI continues to be a debatable concept and an elusive target. The network will come together to understand Equity and the challenges in ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.

IDEA250 members will hear from Dr. Kelly Tremblay on “Equity in the Workplace,” and partake in breakout groups alongside hands-on activities. We look forward to seeing you there!
